Attorney

Stanley Shen practices civil litigation and juvenile delinquency law with an emphasis in contract dispute, personal injury and landlord tenant law.

While studying at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Shen externed in the United States Federal District Court and the California Court of Appeals, where he worked on cases involving the United States Constitution, intellectual property, antitrust, civil rights, employment class actions and criminal procedure. After law school, Mr. Shen continued to assist judges in the San Francisco Superior Court.

Before establishing his practice, Mr. Shen served as a consultant to a preeminent litigation firm in San Francisco. He also represented minors in juvenile delinquency court.
